OUR AIRCRAFT
We currently have 4 aircraft in our fleet. Two Thruster aircraft (as shown below) are made from 6061 T6 aircraft
grade duralumin alloy and all fittings are from 304 Stainless Steel. Hardware like, nuts and bolts are aircraft AN
grade and every nut and bolt on the aircraft is "locked" so that it cannot undo in flight. The wings and tail feathers
are covered in a non rip dacron "sail cloth" which is very strong, but very light in weight.
The Thruster is designed to withstand +6G and -4G flight loads. (Just like a GA aeroplane).
Our two CA25N aircraft provide for Cross-Country and advanced operations. For more info on the CA25N please

All of the aircraft's flights and landings are logged, so that scheduled maintenance can be performed in accordance
with the manufacturers guide lines. Put simply, these aircraft are checked and maintained every 25 hours of flight
with a major inspection of all structural components, including non-destructive testing for cracks etc, occurring
each 100 hours.
That’s like servicing your car every 1,250 kms, and a really major service and inspection of everything at 5,000 kms!
All of this servicing is done to maximise reliability of the aircraft and improve the level of safety during flight.
