WHY FLY RA-Aus?
Do you have a desire to fly for recreational reasons, or do you want to become a commercial pilot flying for
an airline?
How much money do you have available for the activity. Flying is not a particularly cheap activity, but it doesn't
have to be exclusively for the rich and wealthy either.
In simple terms, Flying RA-Aus is about half the cost cost of flying GA, and permits ownership of your very own
aircraft for as little as $10,000 purchase price.
If you choose wanting a career, then you need to seriously consider following the more expensive GA training route,
but if it is for fun and the personal satisfaction of being Captain of your own aircraft, sharing the experience of
flight with friends and family, then the RA-Aus is the way to go.
RA-Aus pilots are not trained or allowed to perform aerobatic manoeuvres either.
Talk with your instructor about your dreams and desires and get a better picture of what you can achieve as a pilot
from all the areas of aviation.

International Airport Airspace), and not above 5,000 feet as you are not trained to use radio.
To expand your capability, you can complete a number of endorsements to your certificate, namely:
